Fatcats is a friendly team of hockey players of mixed skill levels and ages, who enjoy a fun game of hockey, which would normally be followed by a social catch up afterwards. Our home pitch is Campion School in Bugbrooke.
The team motto is ‘Endeavour for enjoyment’ which is at the core of what we do both on and off the pitch. Under normal circumstances, friends and family would be welcome, so the games are usually quite social with supporters to chat to for those who just want to come and watch. We are currently not allowing supporters, except for parents and guardians of young players.
Training and friendly matches occur from time to time and are usually run as open events for anyone in the league to take part in. We also enter the Summer League and go on hockey tours to exotic locations, like Loughborough and Rickmansworth.
Annual joining fees are £35 for adults and £20 for Juniors (team shirt and socks provided for members). Match fees are £5 per game for adults and £3 for Juniors.
